THE MEANING OF MEMBERSHIP 

Becoming a member of Pride PEI has far-reaching impacts for the organization and for Prince Edward Island’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community. There is strength in numbers, and by accurately representing those numbers through membership, we have a more compelling voice in advocating and lobbying, and when seeking funding and other supports for community initiatives and programming.

Membership is completely free. All you have to do is sign up. When you do, we can provide you with updates and information about upcoming happenings, and you’ll get access to member-only events. It’s also a prerequisite for those interested in volunteering or becoming part of Pride PEI’s Board of Directors.

The privacy of our members is of utmost importance to Pride PEI. We will not reveal the names of our members, nor will we share them with any other organization. In short, you are not signing up to be publicly “outted” or spammed in any manner.
