Join us for a relaxed Pride Kickoff Picnic on the beautiful Beaconsfield lawn! This all-ages gathering is the perfect opportunity to connect with community, meet new people, and soak up some summer sunshine as we officially welcome Pride Festival 2026.

The evening will feature opening remarks from the Mi'kmaq Heritage Actors and Pride PEI Executive Director Cameron Cassidy, helping us kick off a week of celebration, community, and pride.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair and settle in for tie-dye activities provided by Provincial Credit Union, rainbow cupcakes from Helen's Pastries, live music from Carlie Howell, a picnic-style BBQ, lawn games, and more.

Whether you're attending Pride for the first time or returning to celebrate with friends, everyone is welcome.
