Did you know that Pride PEI hosted numerous intentional identity-specific spaces throughout the 2024 Pride Fest? Are you curious about what this means? Wondering why Pride PEI events would be curated for certain populations? Join us for a panel discussion with the curators of some of last summer’s identity specific events and moderator Chanel Briggs as we discuss this important progression in Pride programming.

ACCESSIBILITY CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Black box theatre with seating in close proximity to other attendees and capacity for a 120 people

  • Main entrance located on Queen Street.

  • Lift available for individuals with mobility concerns. Both the entrance to the event and the washrooms are situated at the top of a staircase.

  • Gender neutral washrooms (with and without urinals)

  • Potentially personal topics & questions may arise surrounding the curation of identity specific events.
